1.5 t chili powder
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t coriander
1/2 t salt
1 T olive oil
3 cloves garlic
2 green onions
1 can black beans
mash tofu and spices
heat oil and saute garlic and onions
add tofu and cook until moisture gone (10-12)
add beans and onions (2 min)
